These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this service and the agreement that operates between you and the company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Be advised that this service exercises the use of services provided from the Royal Mail and GPs. These terms do not cover their services and therefore they may have separate specified terms of their own.

Hyperlinks displayed on this website is only provided for information purposes only Lord’s Pharmacy is not liable for any content displayed on their website. They may have separate terms of their own and must therefore be read accordingly prior to using any of their services.

By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then you may not access the service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. Lord’s Pharmacy does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. Those individuals whom are under the age of 18 will require a proxy acting on their behalf.

Your access to and use of the service is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information when you use the website and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully before using our Service.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Lords Medical Ltd, (T/A Lord’s Pharmacy) 145 Park Road, London NW8 7HT
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service. 
  • Website or site refers to Lord’s Pharmacy, accessible from www.lordspharmacy.net 
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Lord’s Pharmacy is an online pharmacy which is based in London, UK.  We are a limited company located in St John’s Wood, 145 Park Road, London NW8 7HT.  Lord’s Medical Ltd is registered with the GPhC under the registration number: 1126365

  1. Registration

Lord’s Pharmacy will use your personal information with what is outlined in our privacy policy. 

By registering with Lord’s Pharmacy, you give the Pharmacist on site the right to access your Summary Care Records (SCR) for the interest of your health alone.

You are responsible for keeping your log-in details safe. Lord’s Pharmacy will not be liable for any losses from the use of this site, this excludes any claim which applies to damages that have been a result of carelessness on behalf of Lord’s Pharmacy.

  1. Orders

All medicines including prescription medication will only be delivered to the UK.  You are responsible in posting prescriptions to Lord’s Pharmacy in the case of scripts which require to be printed i.e. certain controlled drugs. Lord’s Pharmacy is not liable for any scripts which are sent to us by post which are not received. 

Lord’s Pharmacy is not responsible for ensuring prescriptions are received once requests are made. It is up to you, the patient, to follow up with your registered surgery should a prescription be delayed or not delivered by your surgery to us. 

Orders which do not require a prescription can be placed through our service via our ecommerce platform. Please note, only two categories of medicines are available to be purchased through our site; P and GSL. All orders placed will be accepted or declined at the discretion of the Responsible Pharmacist. The clinical team at Lord’s Pharmacy has the right to decline any order without justification. 

Before placing an order, certain medicines will require further information from you. These may include personal details; for the sake of your health alone. You will be prompted to answer a few questions from the Pharmacist prior to payment. Lord’s Pharmacy has the right to accept and decline your order at the Pharmacist’s discretion.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

With regards to our ecommerce platform, all payments must be received and confirmed prior to dispatch. All products listed include VAT.

 

  1. Delivery

 

Lord’s Pharmacy uses Royal Mail to deliver its products. Once orders have been directed to Royal Mail, they are responsible for the safe and effective delivery of your product. It is up to you to ensure the address, whether this be a safe place or your home address, is correct on receipt of delivery. You accept that medicines are deemed safe enough to be posted through your letterbox and you have adequate safety measures in place for the protection of everyone in that household including pets. All controlled drugs will require a signature upon receipt.

 

Lord’s Pharmacy will dispatch your prescription orders using Royal Mail’s 48hour tracked service. In the case of refrigerated items, these orders are dispatched using the 24hour tracked delivery service.

 

All customers who utilise our ecommerce platform for the purchase of P and GSL medicines will be subject to a delivery charge upon checkout. Patients may select a range of delivery options on checkout.

 

  1. Cancellations and refunds

 

You have the right to cancel your order for all goods which are purchased through our ecommerce platform prior to dispatch or within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us by phone or email using our ‘contact us’ tab to cancel.

 

All cancelled goods must be sent back to our address at your own cost, unless the item is damaged.  If you change your mind about an unused item you’ve bought in the last 14 days, simply return it in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered an exchange or refund will be offered. 

 

 

You do not have the right to cancel certain goods:

  • Goods that are subject to depreciate rapidly and expire.
  • Goods which have been unsealed after delivery, due to hygiene reasons.

 

All refunds will be paid to the card used upon purchase of goods within 14 days of receipt of returned purchases.

 

Please note that Lord’s Pharmacy has the right to cancel your order if there is insufficient stock available or we are not capable of delivering to your area.

 

Contact us via telephone or email if you have received a medicine in error or it is damaged so we can process a suitable replacement of your goods.

 

  1. Intellectual property

 

All those who use our service are not permitted any rights with regards to intellectual property, unless given written consent. The models and layout used on this site are reserved.

 

  1. Your duty

You have a duty in ensuring all information provided to Lord’s Pharmacy is accurate. The inability to provide us with this information can put yourself at risk whilst handling your medicines or goods.

All login details are to remain confidential and should never be shared with anyone.

Prescription medicines which are delivered to you should be checked upon receipt. You are responsible for taking your medicines correctly.
